To reserve appointments a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is due within 1 week of making the appointment. Deposits are payable by check (can be mailed to 1445 Indian Falls Rd. Corfu, NY 14036) or Venmo @Jay-Slocum.
Please be advised of our Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $25.00 rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment (or no call no shows) will be counted as a full lesson.
