Board and Train Contract

$500 non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation of dates for the program and will be applied to the cost of the program. Remaining balance for the program is due at drop off. Deposits can be made by Check and Mailed to 1445 Indian Falls Rd. Corfu NY 14036 or by Credit Card

Social Media: Owner agrees that the trainer can use pictures/ video of board and train dog taken for training and promotional purposes in any type of media.

Owner agrees, understand, and acknowledge that the elimination or modification of behaviors is not guaranteed. The owner acknowledges that dog training will not provide exact results. Each dog is different regarding ability, breeding, and temperament.

I agree to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep the facility and property enclosed. The dog is to be fed properly and regularly and to be housed in clean, dry quarters.

All dogs are trained by me without liability on my part for loss or damage from disease, death, escape, theft, fire, injury to persons, other dogs, or property by said dog, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.

If the dog becomes seriously ill the owner will be notified at once, in case no veterinarian has been designated. If the owner does not inform immediately regarding measures to be taken or if the dogs health reasonably demands quick action, I shall call a veterinarian as designated above, or if no veterinarian is
designated, to call a veterinarian of my choice, or to take the dog to said veterinarian in either case, or give other advisable attention, within my discretion and judgement, and such expenses, being reasonable in amount, shall be paid promptly by the owner of the dog.

Once signed, this entire agreement becomes an ongoing and binding contract between trainer, owner, and client whenever said dog is in board and train at Communicanine Behavior Modification LLC.

Once you have completed payment you agree to the above terms of you Board and Train program for your dog.
